Booking & Policies

Customers will receive a full refund or account credit if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled experience.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the experience is canceled by loKal Experiences due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by loKal Experiences.
To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us by phone.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled experience ("no-shows") will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your experience.
If you require any special accommodations, please contact us prior to booking. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs and ensure you have an enjoyable experience.

Our experiences operate rain or shine. However, if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by loKal Experiences, guests will have the option to reschedule their experience for another available date at no additional charge.

Guest count changes may be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience. We understand that plans can change. Guest count adjustments can typically be made through your booking confirmation. If you are unable to make changes online, or if your experience is scheduled to begin within 48 hours, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, subject to availability and any applicable pricing adjustments.

Logistics & Details

Each of our experiences has a specific meeting location. Please review your confirmation email carefully, as it contains important details about where to meet. If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We ask that guests arrive at the designated meeting location approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of their experience. This allows our tour guides time to check everyone in and ensure a prompt departure. For example, if your experience begins at 12:00 PM, please plan to arrive by 11:45 AM.

Yes, restroom facilities are available during our experiences. However, availability and access may vary depending on the specific experience. We recommend checking with your tour guide before the experience begins for details on restroom locations and accommodations.

We recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for the weather, as many of our experiences include walking and outdoor portions. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly encouraged. We also ask that guests wear attire that is respectful and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Clothing containing offensive language, images, or messaging may not be permitted.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Due to the nature of some of our experiences, host locations, and transportation arrangements, we require advance notice if a service animal will be accompanying you.
